Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no catches.

We ship across the US using standard delivery. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it's on its way.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, check your inbox for a tracking link. If it hasn't moved in a few days or something looks off, email us and we'll look into it.

Something went wrong?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, or it shows as delivered but isn't there, reach out at support@getstripit.com. We'll figure it out together.

A couple of things to note

We ship to US addresses only right now. Delivery timeframes are estimates — once your order leaves our facility, transit times are in the carrier's hands, but we'll always do our best to help if something goes sideways.
