We built StripIt because we believe consistency is everything — and that starts with actually trusting the brand you buy from. If your order isn't right, we'll make it right. Simple.

Getting a refund

Email us at support@getstripit.com with your order number and a line about what happened. No need to send anything back. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong order

If something arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong strips, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you immediately.

A couple of things to know

Refunds are limited to one per customer. We trust people to be reasonable, and we'll always do the same — but we do reserve the right to decline requests that look like abuse.
